Where We Are Now

Automotive Tools & Supplies Ltd (AT&S) works from bespoke facilities based in the village of Read, near Burnley, Lancashire.

The location was chosen for its 15-minute proximity to seven local towns, many linked via the M65 corridor. Junction 8 is just five-minutes away.

We are therefore ideally placed for both visitors and our sales vans, which have served the north-west region for more than 35 years.

We have developed a great base, which we take pride in and like nothing more than customers being “pleasantly surprised” by the breadth and depth of the specialist stock we carry.

 

 

Our products are here to be investigated, the theory being “there is nothing like seeing something in the flesh”. We keep thousands of lines of popular hand tools and we also have a great selection of garage equipment.

Two-thirds of our showroom space is taken up with high-quality hand tools, whilst the other third and a good proportion of the warehouse boasts world-class garage equipment.

Automotive Tools & Supplies is one of the very few places in the country where you can turn up with your vehicle and “try before you buy” vehicle lifts, including two-post lift, a scissor lift or hydraulic press. All our display units are changed periodically to offer as wide a selection as possible.

 

 

To accompany the sales team, we also have a service engineering division, accredited to GEA standards, and we recently introduced an insurance inspection service covering LOLER/PUWER regulations.

Automotive diagnostics are now a major influence and, along with MoT bay configuration, complete this area of our expertise.

Since February 1st, 2013, Automotive Tools & Supplies has been a fully-accredited ISO 9001 company. We updated our systems and achieved ISO 9001:2015 accreditation on the 1^st February 2019 allowing us to continue to work with and alongside many blue-chip companies. This accreditation, along with our carefully selected supply chain and our experience has created something of which we are immensely proud.
